Hello you, I hope you are doing well. But are you? Would you like me watching you everyday, every second of your life observing every move you make in life in person ? No, Right ?

We expect privacy in person, in our offline life. We very much care about our personal space. We sometimes hide our text while typing in a public place, we don’t prefer people stalking us or know what we are doing at all times. Respecting privacy in person involves recognizing and honoring personal boundaries, whether in casual interactions or more intimate settings. It’s about fostering an environment of trust and mutual respect, where individuals feel secure in their autonomy and empowered to define their own levels of disclosure.

But when we talk about or online data, many of us are oblivious to privacy in online aspect. We readily give away our data to big corporations when we use their service. There’s nothing wrong using their service for our convenience but this convenience comes at a cost. It feels free to use but it is rather not, Your data and Your time is the cost.

Have you ever noticed when talking to your family and friends about some product or requirement, let’s say dog food. Your Smartphone is just lying on the coffee table but the next time when you are scrolling facebook or instagram, you’re going to be seeing ads of dog food. Don’t believe me ? try it for yourself!.

Digital Privacy is our right, We should be conscious of our information that we are ignorantly giving away. The motive of this blog series is not to stop you from using any of these services but rather educate everyone of the ramifications of our digital lives.
